WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND), a Senate Armed Services Committee (SASC) member, spoke this morning with members of the Minot’s Task Force 21 Committee.

Senator Cramer fielded questions, provided an update on the ongoing federal budget negotiations, and highlighted the Trump Administration’s strong support for the Minot Air Force Base.

“I have been to Minot with Vice President Pence, Defense Secretary Esper, and Energy Secretary Brouillette, not to mention the host of generals and other high-ranking officials who have visited,” said Senator Cramer. “The base is a high priority to me and clearly it is to President Trump’s Administration as well. Thanks to Task Force 21 for hosting today’s discussion.”

Senator Cramer has been working with the Trump Administration to keep nuclear modernization efforts, like those happening at Minot Air Force Base, on track. Learn more here
