Sen. Cramer: U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Awards More Than $3 Million to North Dakota

BISMARCK – The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services announced the award of $3,088,705 to the North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services. This grant will provide funding for the Money Follows the Person program, which supports community inclusion of individuals with disabilities.
