WASHINGTON — U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND) announced today he will be the Chairman of the Environment and Public Works (EPW) Subcommittee on Fisheries, Water, and Wildlife.
“I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve as Chairman,” said Senator Cramer. “EPW’s jurisdiction affects farmers, businesses, and so many issues facing North Dakota. Chairing this subcommittee gives our state an outsized voice on issues like WOTUS, the Clean Water Act, the Endangered Species Act, and countless others. I look forward to using this platform to advance policies that best serve our state.”
Fisheries, Water, and Wildlife is one of four subcommittees of EPW. Senator Cramer also announced Senior Legislative Assistant Micah Chambers will serve as his Staff Director for this Subcommittee.
