WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND), a Senate Banking Committee member, announced today the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) awarded $32,213 to the Housing Authority of Cass County. These funds come as a Tenant Protection Voucher for Demolition/Disposition made to Cass County.
The housing choice voucher program is the federal government’s major program for assisting low-income families, the elderly, and the disabled to afford decent and safe housing in the private market.
