WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND) joined his Senate colleagues in sending a letter to the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) regarding the unclassified FBI-generated 1023 document on the alleged bribery scheme between then-Vice President Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, and a foreign national. The DOJ and FBI have refused to produce a fully unredacted version of the FD-1023 to the Senate or House of Representatives.

“Whistleblowers put their lives, careers, and reputations on the line to bring the truth to light. Whistleblowers have and continue to play a vital role in exposing government misconduct at all levels. Without whistleblowers, Congress would have never known the existence of the unclassified FD-1023 form involving an alleged multi-million-dollar bribery scheme between then-Vice President Joe Biden, Hunter Biden and a foreign national,” wrote the senators.

“DOJ and FBI have refused to produce a fully unredacted version of the FD-1023 to either the Senate or the House. Getting a full and complete 1023 is critical for the American people to know and understand the true nature of the document and to hold DOJ and FBI accountable,” added the senators.

Joining Senator Cramer are Senators Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Ron Johnson (R-WI), John Barrasso (R-WY), Marsha Blackburn (R-TN), Mike Braun (R-IN), Ted Budd (R-NC), John Cornyn (R-TX), Mike Crapo (R-ID), Ted Cruz (R-TX), Deb Fischer (R-NE), Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Bill Hagerty (R-TN), Josh Hawley (R-MO), Cindy Hyde-Smith (R-MS), Mike Lee (R-UT), Cynthia Lummis (R-WY), Roger Marshall (R-KS), Jim Risch (R-ID), Rick Scott (R-FL), Eric Schmitt (R-MO), Tommy Tuberville (R-AL), and Roger Wicker (R-MS).
