Sen. Cramer on Defense Secretary Nominee Mark Esper Passing out of Committee

WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND) issued the following statement on the Senate Armed Services Committee (SASC) passing Mark Esper’s nomination to be U.S. Secretary of Defense out of committee:
