WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND) announced today the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) awarded the following two grants totaling $3,123,685: 

  • $2,428,987 to the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians, and
  • $694,698 to the Spirit Lake Tribe.

The funds will be used for sexual assault victims programs to provide one-on-one assistance, therapy services, and legal assistance.
