BISMARCK – The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) awarded a total of $6,756,103 to the North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services through the Preschool Development Grant Birth Through Five Program (PDG B-5). This program, funded through the bipartisan Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), provides competitive grants for states to improve early childhood education, quality, and access.
