WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND) announced today Bismarck’s Gateway to Science received $49,712 from of the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) through its Inspire! Grants for Small Museums program.

The museum will partner with the University of Mary’s Early Childhood Education Program to develop interpretive materials for a new Science First exhibition, which will engage young children in science inquiry and to build 21st century skills.
