WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND) announced today the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) awarded $437,709 to the North Dakota Department of Career and Technical Education through DOL’s Employment and Training Administration. The funding announcement comes as part of a $80 million investment.

The “Building State Capacity to Expand Apprenticeship through Innovation” grants support activities that improve and expand statewide Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) models by strengthening the national apprenticeship system, promoting system alignment and partnership, and improving data sharing and data integrity.
