WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND) announced today the Department of Justice (DOJ) awarded a combined $96,694 to Grand Forks County and the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians. These funds were awarded through the COVID-19 Emergency Supplemental Funding Program.

  • Turtle Mountain Band of Cheppewa Indians - $38,686


The Coronavirus Emergency Supplemental Funding (CESF) Program allows States, U.S. Territories, the District of Columbia, units of local government, and federally recognized tribal governments to support a broad range of activities to respond to COVID-19, including the purchase of law enforcement and medical personal protective equipment, supplies, and training.
