BISMARCK – U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND) announced today the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) awarded$435,000 to North Dakota State University (NDSU) to perform heart and vascular disease research.

 

This grant is an Academic Research Enhancement Award (AREA) and was approved through the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute under HHS. NDSU will use the funds to finance the project entitled “Regulation of Arterial Function by Apelin/APJ Receptor Mechanisms”. Click here for more details.
