WILLISTON, ND – U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND) met with members of the Williston Rotary Club today, where he delivered remarks about representing North Dakota in Congress and the importance of meeting with constituents.

“When the founders created this government, they designed it to allow people like you in states like ours to be able to punch above your weight class by having an outsized voice in Washington,” said Senator Cramer. “We are blessed to be able to meet in these family-style gatherings, where I can hear directly from the people I represent.”

Senator Cramer also took questions from Club members on the budget, trade, Iran, vaping, and what Congress will be considering over the next year.

The Williston Rotary Club turned 100 years old in June, an anniversary their 40 members celebrated at their Member-built Pavilion.
