“[Joe Biden’s] message was incoherent, and to the degree that it was what he meant to say, it was frightening. … He’s very confused. I think he doesn’t know much about energy policy, quite honestly.”

On the consequences of eliminating fracking:
“There's nothing we grow, produce, manufacture, or consume that isn't affected by the price of energy. If you do away with fracking, you might as well get ready to raise the price of everything, without anybody really benefiting from it.”
