BISMARCK – U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND) announced the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) awarded the following three loans totaling $46,535,000: 

  • $23,000,000 to Northern Plains Electric Cooperative,
  • $22,300,000 to Dakota Valley Electric Cooperative Inc., and 
  • $1,235,000 to the City of Drayton. 
The funds will be used to build and improve critical rural infrastructure.
