WASHINGTON — U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND) issued the following statement after the U.S. Senate passed the Strengthening America’s Security in the Middle East Act, a pro-Israel bill- which he co-sponsored- that Democrats inexcusably opposed during the partial government shutdown then prolonged using arcane procedure in an attempt to drive a nonexistent wedge between the President and Republican leadership:
