WASHINGTON — U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND) issued the following statement on the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) Action Plan:

“I appreciate the transparency from Acting Administrator Wheeler as he takes this first step. While we figure out the best ways to handle PFAS pollution, I remain committed to ensuring rural water groups have a voice, and to letting regional areas handle this issue the way they see fit, rather than a one-size-fits-all policy dictated to them by Washington.”
