BISMARCK — U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND) announced today the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) awarded the following three grants totaling $4,791,140 to the North Dakota Department of Corrections:

  • $4,268,738 to enhance crime victim services across the state;
  • $99,000 for compensation funds to provide financial assistance to Federal and State victims of crime; and
  • $423,402 to support state and local delinquency prevention, intervention efforts and juvenile justice system improvements.
