WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND) announced today the U.S. Department of Justice’s (DOJ) Office on Violence Against Women awarded $353,615 to First Nations Women's Alliance.

The funds come through DOJ’s Tribal Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Coalitions Grant Program, which helps develop outreach and training events, include a statewide law enforcement training, a sexual assault advocacy training, multiple awareness and education campaigns, and the development of resources for marginalized victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.
