Sen. Cramer: DOJ Awards $873k to NDDOH to Fight Violence Against Women
BISMARCK – U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND) announced today the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) awarded $873,941 to the North Dakota Department of Health (NDDOH).
The funds come through the STOP (Services, Training, Officers, Prosecutors) Violence Against Women Formula Grant Program, which awards funds to enhance victim safety and hold offenders accountable by encouraging partnerships between law enforcement, prosecution, courts, and victim services organizations.
