WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND) announced today the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Administration for Children and Families’ Office of Head Start awarded two grants totaling $2,267,452 to support Head Start and Early Head Start programs in Dickinson and Devils Lake.

  • $1,153,419 to TGU School District #60 in Devils Lake.
  • $1,114,033 to Community Action Partnership, Inc. in Dickinson.

Head Start and Early Head Start programs promote school readiness for young children and toddlers from low-income families by enhancing their cognitive, social, and emotional development as well as early learning, health, and family well-being.
