WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND) announced today the U.S. Department of Justice’s (DOJ) Office on Violence Against Women awarded $873,347 to the North Dakota Department of Health (NNDOH).

The funds come through the STOP (Services, Training, Officers, Prosecutors) Violence Against Women Formula Grant Program. They will be used to foster partnerships between law enforcement, prosecution, courts, and assist victim services organizations to enhance victim safety and hold offenders accountable in cases of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking.
