BISMARCK – U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND) announced today the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) awarded $1,072,968 to the North Dakota Hospital Foundation through the Hospital Preparedness Program (HPP) for COVID-19 preparedness and response activities.

This HPP Cooperative Agreement was approved by the HHS Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response. The HPP is a cooperative agreement program that establishes a foundation for national health care preparedness and seeks to promote a consistent national focus to improve patient outcomes during emergencies and disasters.
