Wilkie Accepted Cramer’s Invitation to North Dakota

WASHINGTON — U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND) met with Secretary of Veterans Affairs (VA) Robert Wilkie today and formally invited him to North Dakota, an invitation he accepted.

“Secretary Wilkie and I had a productive discussion. As a new member of the Senate Veterans Affairs Committee, I’m focused on expanding rural health care, strengthening the relationship between the VA and Native American veterans, and giving veterans more control over their health care options. I look forward to working with the VA to accomplish these goals and to bringing Secretary Wilkie to our state so he can hear directly from the North Dakota veterans community.”

A date has not yet been set for Secretary Wilkie to visit North Dakota.
